NZQF

 

A quality credentials framework, the New Zealand credentials Framework (NZQF) consists of 10 levels covering a range of qualifications from degrees to doctorates, certificates, and diplomas. It enables qualifications to be measured and compared. All of the professional courses accredited under the NZQF network are globally recognized and have been approved by the New Zealand government for quality assurance.

 

According to the New Zealand Qualifications Framework, degrees awarded by New Zealand institutions are denoted as follows:

NZQF Level 7: Graduate diplomas and bachelor's degrees
NZQFLevel 8: Postgraduate Diploma and Honours Degree
NZQF Level 9: Degree of Master's
NZQF Level 10: Ph.D.
